downloading new course

i have two courses in a gpx format how do i put them into garmin to download to my edge 800?

You can't upload courses to Garmin Connect, but you should be able to skip Garmin Connect altogether. You just need to drop the files into the NewFiles folder on your Edge 800. Instructions can be found here.
