Click Notifications, then click Inbox. You should see a message list. On the right side of the screen, you'll see a checkbox next to some text that reads Messages: XX where XX is the number of messages in your inbox. Check the checkbox. Now scroll to the bottom of the page where it says Selected Messages. Mouse over that and pick the appropriate option for what you'd like to do (Delete).
