my activities do not appears in GC once they have been synchronized

the next message is on the top of the Window:

"Segments are back up and running, although we are still making improvements. It may take a few days to process the segments you crossed or created"

  • The message that you are seeing has nothing to do with your activities not syncing to Garmin Connect. What device are you using? What software have you installed to upload your activities? When you try to upload your activities, do you see any error messages?

    I´m using Forruner 410 and software versión 2.30. On the other hand, in order to synchronyce I use Garmin Ant agent ver. 2.3.4. (this ver. has been updated recently, previously I was using ver. 2.3.3)

    I have the very same problem

    Using a 910XT and had it set to delete upon synchronising

    So i uploaded 2 weeks of training and a race and its not showing in Connect but the 910 has deleted the activities

    Any ideas ?

    Have you considered uninstalling the ANT Agent, renaming the Garmin directory (described here), and then installing Garmin Express?

    Your activities are supposed to be backed up to your computer before they are deleted from the 910XT. If you are using the ANT Agent, they should be in a directory as described [url="

If you are using Garmin Express, the directory to find them is described [url="http://support.garmin.com/support/searchSupport/case.faces?caseId=%7Bafea30d0-9b70-11e3-d5f4-000000000000%7D"]here[/url].

    You should be able to use the Import link on the Activities page of the modern Garmin Connect to upload the .fit files found in the directory mentioned above. If you don't have access to modern, then you can use the Upload button. Once you get your activities uploaded, you should post to the Garmin Express forum describing your problem. Someone there may be able to help you out.

    I am having a similar issue with my Garmin S4. I played a round of golf yesterday and synced my watch via Garmin Express. However, the round does not show up in the Garmin Connect. Any suggestions??
