Hi - I have a Garmin Forerunner 405 which was all set up, paired and working fine with my old work laptop. However, since moving jobs, I've been issued with a new laptop. Although I've downloaded all the connector software and have the ANT Agent on the new laptop, my Garmin Dongle does not detect any devices, so its not picking up the details of my last two runs, nor can I force an upload of the information. I'm not sure if the device needs to be paired to the dongle again, but I've followed the instructions in the User Manual and I cannot pair anything if the dongle does not recognise the device at all. I have tried rebooting the laptop after performing the software download, but still nothing happening. Help please!
