Unable to sync custom workouts to FR910

I have a FR910 running software ver. 2.90 with Garmin Express ver. 3.2.9.0.

Since 7.3.14, I have not been able to get my FR910 to utilize the custom workouts that are in the Garmin Connect Calendar.

When I sync in GE, the status shows the workouts successfully synced to the FR910, but they are not there.

There are no errors of any sort.

I have used the Ant device and the USB cable to sync with no change in status...

I have soft reset, hard reset the FR910 with no change in status...

Any additional ideas on what else to try?
