Garmin Connect uploading activities into oblivion

The new GC is not working well for me sadly. When I use Garmin Express it says that the activity is uploaded, and it is, but when I try to view it in GC it says my privileges are not sufficient (even though I am logged in trying to look at my own activity).

When I do not log into GC through GE then my activities are not even present.

Please help, someone, anyone!
