How to transfer a Course from my Device into Garmin Connect?

I have several courses on my device (Edge 810) that I loaded into it copying the course file into the Garmin\NewFiles directory of the Edge.
I also have the Courses on my computer.

My problem is how to upload Courses into Garmin Connect (not the new GC) that are currently either on my device or on my computer?

Any help on how to do it please?

I have garmin 510. I have not been able to get the courses from he device to Garmin connect. Any help?

You can't. The closest thing that you can do is to find an activity where you rode that course, and then click the Save as Course link in the button bar. If you haven't ever ridden the course, then I suppose you could take this as a new reason to do it.
