vivofit won't sync with mac

My vivofit will no longer sync with Garmin Express on my MacBook. It worked fine when I got it, but since the last two updates, it just will not sync with Garmin Express. The only way it will sync is with my iPhone via Bluetooth. I have tried the dongle in both USB ports (both of which work fine with other devices). This is getting really irritating. Does anybody know of any issues or fixes?

    Have only had my Vivofit for just over a month and managed to loose the original ANT stick. Have just received a replacement but I cannot get the info to sync with my MAC even though I get the message at the top of my screen to say it has SYNC. Have to say I am not impressed.

    I've had the same problem and found that it often works if I unplug the ANT for a few moments, then reconnect it.

    OK so I had all of the problems syncing and couldn't do it on my mac. Garmin express must be open on your computer. I opened it and then synced without problem.
