I have a total of 172 activities for my rowing tracks on Garmin Connect. 171 of them were added to the classic version before Garmin's switch to the Modern version. One track was uploaded today using the Modern version. For all my individual activities old and new, the text and numerical data (Activity name, type, time, distance, speed, avg. temp etc.) show correctly. For the track I uploaded today in the Modern view, the numerical and text data display correctly as does the map and map track in the details view. My issue is that in the Modern version details view map, all the map tracks I uploaded in the Classic view do not display on the map at all...in fact the map itself displays Kansas, Missouri, not the Long Island Sound in Connecticut where I row. If I switch to Classic view, the track I uploaded today displays fine but any previous tracks I try to display show no map at all in the details view. For a test, I exported an older track to display in Google Earth and it opens in Google Earth and displays correctly.
I was wrong in my previous post about the map tracks displaying correctly on Garmin Connect iPad app. All my activity map tracks I uploaded to the Classic view before Garmin introduced the Modern view are missing. When I open my iPad Garmin Connect app the map section displays the following "This activity has no map data" which is wrong. I have another app on my iPad for displaying the Garmin Connect data named ConnectStats (not developed by Garmin) which still correctly displays all my original map tracks and the new one I uploaded into the Modern view. On all my rows on both apps and the Garmin Connect webpage all the numerical and text data are showing...this is only a problem with the display of the maps and the map tracks.
Same problem here. Just uploaded a new activity from my Forerunner 205 using new Garmin Express - no map or charts shown. Deleted activity and re-uploaded using old connect plugin - same problem.
