"My Activities Only" Heat Map (modern/explore)

Hi all.

I'm trying to get a heat map showing just my activities.

At the URL http://connect.garmin.com/modern/explore I see a heat map of everyone in the area I live in.

On that page there is an option to Search. When I check the "My Activities Only" box it shows that there are no results.

I have all my activities set to view-able by everyone, and I just changed my account's privacy to "everyone" just in case that was the problem.

The search parameters were left at their defaults otherwise (any activity type or event type, last 30 days)

Is there something that I'm missing? Is there a way to access my super special me-only heat map?

(If not, that's okay. I just think it would make for a cool picture)

The heat map feature takes activities of all users into account, it doesn't just show a heat map of the activities that match your search criteria. That said, you should be able to see your own activities in the Explore pages. Or at least it seems to work just fine for me.

Mmm... I just tried searching for 'My activities only', for the last 365 days, any activity type, any event type, 'Current map view' with it zoomed out to show a pretty big area, and it only comes up with one result. (This is in Classic mode.)

Why that one, I don't know. Although it's one that in fact contains 2 runs because I forgot to download the 1st run or reset my watch before doing the 2nd run the next day; coincidence?

I believe the problem is that you haven't named many of your activities. The ones that do have names other than Untitled show up just fine. I'm able to see 4 of your London Enduro activities without trouble.

Yes, thanks Travis - that thought struck me in the shower this morning and I was just about to try it out :)

(Although the map was showing a 'pretty big' area, it was centred on where I live and didn't include the Enduro location.)

I'm not finding this anymore into new Garmin Connect... do you still have it ?
