cant download watch to check my pace and miles

I do a bit a of jogging, cant log in to to get my watch to down load on to my chart page.

I'm not sure what you are saying. What exactly are you having trouble logging in to? Garmin Connect? What is the problem, does it not accept your username and password, does it load a blank page, ... We need details to be able to help.
