Unable to share activity in Garmin Connect.

I must say that Garmin Connect is really a poorly designed site. I just do not like the modern design but that is my opinion. Not sure why, but I cannot share my activity with anyone either via email or whatever.... Anyone have this problem or is it just me? The icon is not active so you cannot click on it.

    I agree. Garmin suck compared to free sites like ride with GPS. Garmin interface , especially the new one, is nit user friendly.Garmin need to wake up and make things easier . The share facility isn't working. It should work, its not exactly rocket science Garmin! Come on...time to focus on the product and not just on selling the product. Sort it out !!!!

    Don't even go there with Garmin express...it simply does not work. Garmin support took two weeks to reply.to a contact for help and then sent instructions even a nuclear scientist wouldn't be able to figure out. As a new Garmin edge 800 purchaser I am extremely unhappy with the Garmin software and support. Hopeless.

    Mine does the same. I could share my first ever activity but haven't been able to since.

    Only had it for a week :(
  • If you open up the activity details page, you should see a little lock icon in the button bar. You will not be able to share activities if the lock icon is locked. Click the icon and select the appropriate option to make your activity visible to the public. Then try sharing again. If this resolves your issue, there is a setting to make all new activities public by default.
