You might need to try rebuild the file system.
When the Edge is connected to a PC right click on the drive and select "format" deselect the "Quick format" option and format the drive. Dismount the Edge from the PC and switch it on so that it rebuilds the file system. When it has completed switching on you can switch it off off and connect it back to the PC and unpack the contents of the zip file on this link and copy them to the root/top of the Edge drive.
