Those that do know most likely work for Garmin in some capacity or another. It is very likely that if they discussed future product plans with the public, they would be reprimanded or be asked to be successful elsewhere. Everyone else doesn't know.
That said, Garmin Connect is just a web application that runs inside a web browser. I'm able to view it on an iPad and iPhone with a few quirks. I'm surprised that the browsers available on WP8.1 don't work at all. What seems to be the problem?
