Just bought my first Garmin product (Edge 1000) and thought I'd create a course for tomorrow on Connect. I ended up creating two courses but neither are showing any elevation on the summary page, just '--' for elevation gain and elevation loss. Puzzled about this - is it normal? Be a little strange if so, I think.
Awww, that's a shame. What a crazy, mixed up, muddled up, shook up world, eh? (Especially when another nameless route planner shows it!)
Be nice also if they included a feature where when you create a route and trace your mouse along the elevation profile, it would show you where on the route you are (again, other planners do this) so you can see elevation challenges, shall we say, while planning.
