4 new mail on my profile FAIL

I have always a red box with a 4 news mail, but when i click on this this alert dont exist.
any idea?

It has been that way for months now. It does not seem to be a priority for Garmin.

This issue seems to appear after some time of unactivity, like a time-out or something. Best solution I've found so far is to simply refresh the page.

solved, with the new portal modern of garmin connect, and solve the sync with 310XT, at the moment try the new portal and options!!!
