When I export some of my cycling (GE500 and FR310xt) activities from Garmin Connect, some of the files only contain summary information and not all the trackpoints.
E.g. they contain only averages for the whole ride.
Yet other activities contain all the trackpoints when I export.
I can't determine any pattern why (e.g. duration, distance, etc) - any ideas what is going on?
Garmin Support are not responding to my emails :'(
