No, you don't need to worry at all :) As I understand it it's just a feature that allows people to put markers on a map for say a challenging hill. Then if anyone runs or cycles up that hill it takes their time and puts it in a global leaderboard and anyone on garmin (provided their privacy settings allow it) can compete against each other. Like strava but not working lol.
Is that all it is though? I dont seem to be able to see anything other than the total distance Ive travelled and the time for the total and the laps on my uploaded activity, no elevation or map - yet my watch suggests that there should be (as normal) point by point activity with map etc
I was under the impression this 'segment' aka Strava replica which is down, is what's breaking my upload?
I've just uploaded data from my Garmin 110 and got the same message. I can't see any of the splits, average moving paces or anything. Is this likely to be a long-term problem, does anyone know?
