Vivofit not pairing after having it for one week!!

Hi There,

I have had my Vivofit for one week and it stopped pairing, and syncing of course, to my iPhone 5 after it worked perfectly for a week. I have tried several attempts, also following the FAQ's listing how to pair.

Does anyone have any experience or suggestions for this issue?
