manual posting GPX to modern connect site?

I am unable to find a way to manually post GPS data (ie. GPX files, tracks from Garmin GPSMap76CSx, saved GPS data from other sites) in the modern connect site. This is possible with the classic Connect site. Has this been removed in modern Connect or can someone point me to how to do this.
