GC Modern Suddenly Stopped Working

GC Modern had been working OK on my Macbook using Safari browser, when it suddenly stopped working about 2 weeks ago. Was able to use old version OK. Finally solved this issue - turns out that 'Ghostery' (a tracker blocker) that I run had detected a new tracker from Garmin and blocked it, thereby preventing the modern version from running. The tracker in question is 'Add This' - "AddThis is the world's largest social infrastructure and data platform. The company creates easy ways for users to share content and enjoy more personal experiences across the web while providing increased traffic, engagement and data for web publishers." Allowing this tracker has now allowed GC Modern to function OK.

Yup. I've mentioned in probably a dozen posts that browser plugins are typically the cause, and I've listed ghostery as a known issue in those posts.
