Avg cadence wrong in GC, again.

I'm using an Edge device with cadence Zero Averaging set to OFF. The device shows the appropriate cadence for the ride. In GC, the cadence is much lower, as if it's calculated with Zero Averaging on. This was a problem a month or two ago and was corrected. It's back.
