Hi,

On Garmin Express, I'm getting the following error:

It looks like there isn't an ANT Stick connected. Make sure your ANT stick is plugged in to your computer's USB port and try again.

My ANT stick is plugged into a USB port. I have already installed ANT Agent software version 2.3.4.

This image shows the error I'm seeing:

Regards,

Chris
  • The problem occurs because you are running the ANT Agent and Garmin Express at the same time. Only one of the applications can control the ANT stick at a time. To avoid this problem, you can disable or remove one of those applications.

If I were you, I would uninstall the ANT Agent, and update the Garmin Express software to the latest version. To update the software, click the gear icon in the application title bar, then click Check for application updates.
