Manual upload

I installed the new interface and I cannot find the way to manually input a workout (I forgot my watch for yesterday's training run).

http://connect.garmin.com/modern/activities, click on "Import"

If you have an activity widget on your dashboard, click the + sign near the top right corner of the widget. Otherwise, click the three horizontal bar icon on the left edge of the screen, then click Calendar. Click the day that you want the activity to appear, and select Manual Activity from the popup menu.
