I switched to the Connect modern version, and now I can't log in; I enter my username/password, and it cycles back to the sign in page as attached shows. Any suggestions? the site is now completely unusable to me.
What I determined today was if I log in to these forums with my Garmin account, I can then access the modern dashboard. I've just discovered that my Forerunner 405 won't sync with Garmin Express, though; the "sync" button is greyed out. There seem to be serious QA issues with this new software & site.
Ive just click connect modern and all I get is a blue screen with a few icons on the left , none of which do anything. cant do anything from here. Doesnt anyone actually test this stuff before release?
Ok, it works in internet explorer. Doesnt work in Chrome :-( really? According to Wikipedia Chrome is the most used browser with nearly 50% usage, IE has about 25%
I have the same problem. I'm using a 620 and recently switched to the "Modern Version" I used the old version with my 610 for around one year with no problems. I called Support and the Tech. could not figure it out and filed a report or started a work order or something like that. Now that it's in this log in loop, I can't do any thing. I would like a software program that is loaded on MY hard drive that works like Garmin Connect. I don't care anything about sharing my run on some social type network that Garmin can control. I've tried calling support again, but with a 30 min. or more wait.......
I have the same issue. New modern website has no info or links for me to click. I need to share a route I did and upload my new data but can't do a thing. Is there any way to revert to the old website? And yes I'm running chrome.Attached is a screenshot of what I see. Clicking on the links on the side does nothing.
