GPSMAP 62st Tracks disappeared after latest SW Upgrade

Just applied the latest SW update from Garmin and after that when using my GPSMAP 62st I go into My Tracks and they have disappeared!
If I connect the device to my computer I can see all tracks are still there in the Garmin\GPX folder, but for some reason the handheld device does not see them.

I am really tired of all these problems every time Garmin release an upgrade they break more things than they fix.

In the meantime - anyone knows how to fix this and get my tracks back?
