Failed uploading tcx or fit files

Hi,

I get an error when I try to upload a .tcx or .fit file. The same file in Strava works fine, so something is wrong in Garmin Connect with these files. I tried that operation with quite a lot of tcx/fit files.

@Forum: Any clue or workaround?
@Garmin Team: Any estimation for solving that issue?

You might have a look at this thread. Note that Garmin Connect only supports uploading activity data. If you are trying to upload a course, you can expect it to fail.

I am very frustrated with the "modern" Garmin Connect. Since changing to Modern, I've had nothing but problems with the site, syncing, and most importantly, the calendar and scheduled workouts. It is extremely frustrating to be dressed and ready to go running, having already drank my pre-workout drink, then sit down at the computer to make a calendar/workout change that used to take no more than five minutes, but now I cannot seem to accomplish it at all and now I'm sitting here writing this message on this thread instead. Garmin needs to just go back!

You might have a look at this thread. Note that Garmin Connect only supports uploading activity data. If you are trying to upload a course, you can expect it to fail.

thanks for the reply first of all, I've read the thread but that one looked to be some problem with uploading all types of files.

My problem is just with fit and tcx files. gpx files are working ok.
All of these files are trainning workouts done with a suunto and exported. As said before, that files are working properly in Strava, and gpx files are totally valid for Garmin Connect, but not fit or tcx.

I may have a response from a oficial profile.
