Problem with tcx export

I have a problem with exporting some of my activities. For example, I can't export in tcx this one http://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/523149817
I've tried two browsers - Chrome (in incognito mode with disabled extensions) and IE.

Downloading other activities goes well.

What am I doing wrong?

For some reason, there is no .tcx data associated with that activity. This could be because of an issue with Garmin Connect (temporary or otherwise) or it could be an issue with the original data file that was uploaded. You might try to manually upload the .fit file again, that may resolve this issue.

The .fit files are in C:\ProgramData\Garmin on windows PCs.

Hello Travis,
Actually this activity was made uploading a .gpx file from external tracker, and not from my regular Garmin Edge 500. So I don't have a .fit for this activity.

That is the problem. The tcx file has additional information that the gpx file doesn't have, so the tcx file cannot be generated.
