New Connect not working

Tried the "new" Connect today. Does not see my device, so I cant upload or do anything. The Classic version sees it OK.

It keeps directing me to the Express Download page, but I already have it downloaded. Is this progress????:confused:

I'm going to keep using the classic version until you get the new version where it at least works.

Disappointed in Texas....
  • AFAICT, Garmin Connect isn't supposed to detect your device at all. Garmin Connect will display whatever device information has been provided to Garmin Express. If you've installed and configured Garmin Express to communicate with your device then it will appear in Garmin Connect. If you are using the ANT Agent and Communicator Plugin, they should be uninstalled/disabled so that Garmin Express can see your device. You may have to add your device to Garmin Express, but it should work.

    Garmin express sees my device. I made sure to update Garmin Express. But The classic Connect view shows my device info, but the new Connect does not. Windows 7 PC, using Chrome as a browser.

    Update! I deleted the device from Express and then let Express find it again. It worked. The hint was that the picture of the device on Express was not there and there was a question mark.
