Garmin Connect is really confusing

When I go to connect.garmin.com I have: Home |*Features | Get Started buttons.

Clicking on any of them just takes me to the Download Garmin Express for FR405,410 & 305. I already have Garmin Express, but I don't have any FR.
It says: Don't have a Garmin device? You can still create a free account.

But, I am logged in since I have the "Sign Out" button top right.

What is going on with Garmin connect? Is it a sinking ship altogether?
I tend to use my Wahoo RFLKT+ unit instead of my edge since it will upload to working sites like Strava by itself.

Interesting. I just tried and I went straight to my Dashboard; no more splash page with the golfer and the Vivofit user. So they must be making changes. You may have hit it at an in-between changes time.
