miles to km's

I need to change my settings from miles to km's, however I don't know how. My watch shows km's, but when I upload it shows miles.

Any idea?

Try clicking on your user name at the top right hand corner of the Connect web page, selecting Settings, Display Preferences, and setting Measurement Units to Metric.
