.Fit file issue

I can't seem to upload this .fit file to Garmin Connect. I've tried using the online .fit repair tool (http://garmin.kiesewetter.nl/) and the fit file repair tool (http://fitfilerepairtool.info/) can anyone try fixing it?

Also tried with

Hi Robert,

Both of those files are only 1kb in size and the only thing in them is the header info, sorry to say but there is nothing in them to be or that can be repaired.
