Looks like you changed time zones: two days later still no steps data :(

I recently purchased a Garmin vivofit and on Saturday (14 June 2014) I walked quite a bit but after syncing the next morning it said: "Looks like you changed time zones. Your charts will make more sense tomorrow.".
Now it's over two days later and it still says to way for the next day…
Did Garmin Express loose my progress or is there any chance that those 11.000 steps will show up eventually? Sleep tracking for that night worked and shows the correct data.

I have the same problem... now again two days later... from what I can say, it seems that it loses the data if I don't sync at least once in that day... if I do it the next day, it starts saying I changed time zones and shows nothing... it's useless like this, any solution?
  • For me it works when I sync the next morning but on that particular day it apparently didn't work. Have synced every morning since then and data is online – just Saturday seems to be lost :(
  • Is this a Garmin Support or Community forum? Did expect for someone at Garmin to care about problems with their products?!
2 weeks later it still says to wait for the next day -.-
Looks like those steps and stats are lost.
  • If you want Garmin Support you need to go to their Support Website. Other wise, this is mainly a user forum. If there were a frequent user of this forum that was able to help you, they would have or will respond if they notice your message. It's rare to see a Garmin person here, except during the launch of some of their major products. Of course all of this is my opinion, based on what I've seen in this forum over the last three years.

    Thanks for the info.
So I guess it does not make sense to report bugs… as usual with Garmin their willingness to listen to user feedback is very low :(

    assurance foch

I got the same thing on Friday now I am reviewing my data. It lost my sleep and a good number of steps and activity just disappeared from Friday afternoon until Saturday late morning. I didnt change time zones but did travel roughly 50 miles north.
