Odd session not uploading

Hello
I have a Garmin 610 and I have recently noticed that the odd running session is not being uploaded onto my garmin connect account. There doesn't seem to be a particular reason why and I can see it on the watch - does anyone else have this problem?

  • This can happen when Garmin Connect determines that the file is invalid or corrupt. Your device may be able to read some of the data in there, but That doesn't mean that the file is completely valid.

    This has happened twice in the last couple of weeks - is there a way I can stop it happening again?
  • You might try to contact Garmin Support and supply the .fit file so they could analyze it. They might be able to send your .fit file along to their development team for analysis. Either way if someone can figure out what is causing it, maybe the problem can be fixed or avoided in the future.
