Uploading history to connect

Since June 2013 I cannot connect my Garmin 705 to Connect. The message states DEVICE NOT FOUND.
The unit charges ok but I can't upload any history to Connect. Does anybody know what is wrong or experienced the same problems. I've used different PC's & Laptops so it must be the unit.
  • The 705 connects to a PC via USB, right? If that is the case, I think you should see a drive that represents your 705 under My Computer on a Windows PC. You can use the Upload/Import feature to manually upload activities from the device. That should just work, but it isn't automatic.

    Have you tried using Garmin Express to do automatic uploads?
