Garmin 910XT cant send workout to device

I decided to get the Garmin 910XT.

I downloaded the garmin express and can sync my 910XT to Garmin Connect. All my workouts recorded can be seen there. However, I made a workout on my connect page and when I press Send to Device, it tells me that “no device found”. Did anyone have this problem?

Same issue with 310XT

I decided to get the Garmin 910XT.

I am having the same issue with my 310xt. I can sync just fine, but trying to send a workout to the device gives me the error you described. I've not found a solution yet...

What version of Garmin Express are you using? It started working for me with 3.2.4.0.

What version of Garmin Express are you using? It started working for me with 3.2.4.0.

I am using 3.2.6.0, downloaded yesterday.

I'm not sure it matters, but are you trying to do this from the modern Garmin Connect?
