Can't upload workouts to Garmin Connect

Here's the message when I go to Garmin Connect and hit the "Upload" button:

TypeError: deviceDescriptionDoc.getElementsByTagName(...)[0] is undefined

My Garmin shows that it has downloaded the info, but I cannot get it on Garmin Connect.

Same error on Firefox and IE.

The "help" provided via email by Garmin is not helpful.

What device are you using, and why are you trying to do a manual upload instead of using Garmin Express or ANT Agent for automatic uploads?

Garmin 310.

I use Garmin Express. I first used ANT Agent, but had problems and somehow through the assistance of Garmin, I began using Garmin Express. Worked for a while, but doesn't now. The 310 downloads but I cannot get them to Garmin Connect.
