Help - all My Garmin wants to do is repeatedly download the software to connect

Anyone in "My Garmin" land able to help me?

I can't get any phone help. I can't get any email help. Thought I'd try this (though I'm not sure what "this" is).

When I go to "My Garmin" it repeatedly wants to download the same "connect" software - apparently the same 14.5+MB file. I follow all of the steps (over five times today alone), but I can't ever get "My Garmin" to acknowledge my GPS is connected.

If I remember correctly, the My Garmin site uses Garmin Communicator to get information from your computer about your fitness device. You can install Garmin Express 'til you're blue in the face. You need to install the Communicator Plugin and any prerequisites to even have a chance. Even then I have doubts it will work.

What exactly do you want to do that requires http://my.garmin.com? Chances are good that whatever you are trying to do can be done through Garmin Express.
