Data Transfer Mode While Driving

I've been searching for an answer, but I must not be using the right search terms. So please forgive me if this has been asked before.

My Garmin Nuvi 2555LMT will go to Data Transfer mode when driving. In other words, it acts like it is plugged into a PC while I'm driving down the road. I have the latest update installed.

Any ideas on how to disable this?
