Garmin Epress can't find my Device to Sync

Though I've installed Garmin Express, everything updated, and it shows details of my 910XT at the top, when I try and sync it seays it can't find my device. I've followed all the instructions in help, pairing is on etc etc. Can anyone help?

You should try posting in the Garmin Express forums. There are actually a few support people who read those posts.

Errrm - I'm very new to this but have now spent the last hald gour trying to find the "Express Forums" - no luck
Can you tell me where I can find it?
