I Ran a 5 km & set my garmin forerunner410 for that distance. When I was done my time said 26:02 but I ran a bit further , in which my watch showed 26:27. When I uploaded to garmin connect - my time showed 28:49, my moving time 26:10 & my elapsed time 28:50. My watch was set previously for 200m splits, so when I added up all my splits it came to 26:27. What time did I get on my run??? Not sure what happened. Can anyone help?
I think this summarizes it. In the future, if you really want to know your exact time you'll want to press the lap button at the start of your interval and again at the end. It might also be good to disable the 200m auto-lap that you've enabled and use a workout for that sort of thing instead.
