Nuvi 1490 Losing Satellite Reception Most of the Time

Hi,
My Nuvi 1490 was working great for a few years. Now not so much. I am constantly getting "Lost Satellite Reception" errors, even in broad daylight out in the suburbs. So I plugged it back into my imac, updated and upgraded everything to the current version. But it's still happening. What should I do?

The hardware could be failing.

The only thing I can suggest, other than a new unit, is to do a Master Reset.
