310XT New Runs Not Uploading

I have the Garmin 310XT and the runs have stopped uploading to my dashboard. Right now it looks as though I have a very expensive timer on my wrist. Is this because of the new system and if so Garmin should go back to the old till they get the bugs worked out. I am beyond frustrated with customer support.:mad:

    Exactly the same issue. Garmin Express says it has synced and the date of last sync is correct on Garmin Connect, but there is no data of recent workouts. Can't work out how to contact Garmin.
  • Try this link for the Garmin Support Website I prefer to call as that eliminates the back and forth emails while the preliminary troubleshooting steps are being done.

    I am having the same problem. when will this be fixed as manually inputting my data does not help when I'm checking speed intervals/ HR zones etc.
