310XT New Runs Not Uploading

I have the Garmin 310XT and the runs have stopped uploading to my dashboard. Right now it looks as though I have a very expensive timer on my wrist. Is this because of the new system and if so Garmin should go back to the old till they get the bugs worked out. I am beyond frustrated with customer support.:mad:

    I'm having the same problem. It seems to have gotten worse over the past few days. Started with Strava not being able to connect to Garmin to upload activities. Now today my Ant and watch will not connect. Anyone got any suggestions?
  • I've never used a 310xt, but you might try doing a manual upload to GC. The new site calls it 'importing' from what I've read.

    Many times when devices don't upload, it's because there is a glitch in one of the activity files to be uploaded. Some sites give you the option which to upload. If so, try doing individual activities. If some work and one doesn't, then that's the one that has caused you grief.

    If you have to use an ant stick with the 310xt, then your activities should be somewhere on your PC or Mac. Check the Garmin Express subforum or Ant Agent subforum for info where that is.

    If space is an issue because you have too many activities on your device, then you might have to delete some. However, try to save what you can. Even if the activity file is bad, sometimes they can be fixed if you post them in the subforum appropriate for your device.

    Mine has been working fine until yesterday. Was my most important day to this point how've we because I reached my goal of completing my first half marathon. Went to load the data from my watch into garminconnect and ... Nada.. Nothing I tried would work. At least I could build somewhat of a manual event using the data displayed on my watch but it's not the same. Very frustrating.
  • Have you started using Garmin Express? New or old Garmin Connect? If on Garmin Express have you fully uninstalled ANT Agent, re-pair your device?

    It has been over a week with a handful of runs and no uploads. Same issue. Garmin ANT says uploaded and go to connect.garmin.com and nothing. I've deactivated the watch and paired it again. Still nothing.

    Same problem here with my 310xt. Frustratingly I can see the run on the watch and the pixelated trail on the map but just can't get this data into garmin connect.

    Please explain how to uninstalled ant agent and re-pair our devices, I have start using the new garmin and it is very frustrating because nothing is downloading since than…….

    And I accidentally posted this at another place and all I got was scolded about reporting my problem in the wrong place. Sorry...first time here...definitely frustrated...

    Same issue here. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin and the ANT drivers several times, unpaired and re-paired to no avail. Anyone discover a solution yet?

  • You need to make sure that you are using the latest version of Garmin Express (not ANT Agent). It contains some fixes specific to the 310XT. You can find it here:
