BaseCamp Route Transfer to Vehicle Garmin Navigation System

Does anyone know if there is a way to download a route onto maybe a Flash drive and load that into a Garmin Vehicle Navigation System?

Routes (and other) data transferred from BC is in one or more GPX files. You can copy those files to whatever media you like. However you can't plug a USB stick into a nuvi. However many accept microSD cards.
