Bug: Connect Modern does not accept numerical entry on AZERTY (french keyboard)

Steps to reproduce:
Use an AZERTY Keyboard or simulate one by setting it in Windows.
Go in to Modern Activity Editor
Attempt to type in to the hours/Minutes/seconds or distance boxes using Shift and the number keys above the letters. See note below.
Input is ignored.

NumPad entry is accepted. But many laptops don't have numpad.

Note: On an AZERTY keyboard the numbers are accessed by using SHIFT. Touching the 1 thru 9 keys without shift type the following characters: &é"'(-è_çà
THis problem may be apparent on other NON QWERTY keyboards.

Could it be something in your browser setup and not the website? The website only sees what the browser sends it....

And unfortunately the javascript used in the page is set to filter out certain keys, like Shift.
On a French Azerty keyboard you can work around it by setting Caps-Lock, so there's no need for shift then the number keys will work.

In my case it is browser independent. Caps lock does not help either.

The problem was gone for some months but now it is back on, without changing anything in my firefox. Really annoying as I can only edit via clipboard (even ctrl+v does not work, have to paste with the right-click)
