Nuvi 1390T Battery is dead

Today the battery no longer holds a charge and I am not sure. Perhaps it is dead, and it makes no sense as I have had the device since December 2011 and batteries usually last longer. I have a camcorder with a 7 year battery still running strong. Thanks..

It also really depends how the battery was used/kept. However as posted above there isn't a forum here for device issues like this. Please contact Product Support
