Bluetooth or ANT+ sync on compatible laptops

Many laptops today come standard with bluetooth capability. Since the Vivofit (as an example) can use its built in bluetooth capability for sync operations with compatible mobile phones, why not enable it in GarminExpress on computers that have built in bluetooth as well?
I would love to see a Bluetooth sync option between the vivosmart and a Windows PC - using Garmin Connect - as well! I actually tried setting it up yesterday when I got mine, only to have it fail for lack of a driver. Then I searched for a Windows 7 driver, only to discover that it wasn't currently supported. Bummer! :(
