Same with me and all of my running friends, activities (running and swimming) are downloaded since june 6 and are not showing on the graphs. Last activity showing is the one on june 4th.
Same problem here, two activities in June, zero in the graph.
I've just noticed there are a couple of other threads covering this problem too....
However, the graph is incorrect in both the old Classic version and the Modern
* It took one week until someone reacted * There is no simple way to report problems with Garmin Connect service * I finally found out a way to to make a support request, and all I got in response was automatic reply: "Due to your country of residence, please contact your local Garmin office as listed below for further assistance." This does not seem to be an efficient way to communicate with people who are responsible of the backend.
Although it seems to be working now, I'm not happy about how it was sorted out. Not good for PR. And definitely not a good way to handle customer support.
