Help please! Can someone help repair my corrupt file?

Hi There

I have a fit file that is corrupt but I do not have a pc to be able to install the file repair program. If someone could help me out with this it was be greatly appreciated!

I take it there is no mac version of the file repair software?

Hi Jen

You are unfortunately missing a massive amount of data (approx 3hrs34mins worth) as can be seen in this pic.
This file contains what I was able to salvage.

Yeah not sure what happened. I had gps signal the whole time and it has recored the correct distance and time but nothing else is correct. weird. I will test it out again

Guess I will never know if i got a PB on cypress mountain….I will just pretend i did :P

Hi Mike

I was wondering if you could possibly try running another .fit file that I have attached through your magic soft wear? I maybe did 20 rides with no issues then today....same thing happened again. Very annoying. I think if this once is non recoverable it might be time to try and get a replacement. I have attached the one form today. Thankyou so much for your help with this. Hopefully eventually they release a version of that soft wear for mac....or my gps just works!
